PEX-era new builds — few repipes needed, and we'll say so.
Inspirada sits against Sloan Canyon in Henderson's southwest corner, and like Cadence it's a thoroughly modern community: homes here were plumbed in PEX from the start. A full repipe is almost never the right recommendation in Inspirada, and we won't manufacture one. If a leak has you worried about the whole system, the free assessment will usually end with reassurance, not a quote.
The supply-line work we actually do in Inspirada is surgical: tracing and fixing individual leaks (renovation nail strikes are the classic culprit in newer homes), correcting fittings that weren't made properly at build time, adding shutoff valves, and running new lines for the projects Inspirada homeowners love — outdoor kitchens, casitas, laundry-room remodels, and garage conversions. Planned openings, pressure-tested lines, patched drywall.
If you've moved to Inspirada from an older Henderson home you still own or rent out — a Green Valley or Whitney Ranch property of poly-B vintage, say — those are the pipes worth assessing, and we cover every Henderson neighborhood.
Inspirada homes were plumbed in PEX, the same material we install on a repipe. Replacing it wholesale would be swapping like for like, and we won't sell that. When an Inspirada owner calls about a leak, the job is almost always finding the one bad spot and fixing it properly.
In newer homes, the classic leak comes from a nail or screw driven into a supply line while hanging shelves, mounting a TV, or finishing a garage. Sometimes it seeps for weeks before showing. We trace the line, open the smallest practical access point, repair and pressure-test the run, and patch the drywall.
Backyard kitchens, casitas, and laundry or garage conversions all need supply lines run from the existing system. We plan the route, add a dedicated shutoff, and pressure-test before anything is closed up. It's the same discipline as a whole-home repipe, applied to a single project.
Production builds don't always include convenient isolation valves, which means a simple fixture repair can require shutting off the whole house. Adding quarter-turn shutoffs at key fixtures or zones is a modest job that pays off the first time something drips. It's worth doing while we're already on site for another repair.
Plenty of Inspirada owners kept their previous home as a rental. If that home is in Green Valley or Whitney Ranch, its original pipe may be polybutylene of the vintage insurers flag. A free assessment there tells you whether to plan a repipe between tenants.
